Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply between Epic Zone Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. ("HX Zone", "we") on one side and any natural or legal person ("User", "you") who uses the hx.zone website and the HX Zone products on the other.

By using the website or the products you are deemed to accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or the products.

HX Zone is the product family developed by Epic Zone Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. and offered to enterprise customers under a SaaS model. The current products are: Ticket Zone, Event Zone, Auto Zone, QR Zone, Alert Zone, HR Zone.

These Terms apply to (a) the use of the https://hx.zone marketing website and (b) the demo, trial and general-use framework of the HX Zone products.

Commercial use is governed by the separate HX Zone Enterprise Services Agreement and its annexes concluded with the Customer; the principal rights and obligations of the parties are set out in that agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the enterprise agreement, the enterprise agreement prevails.

When using the website and our services you must:

• Comply with applicable law and with these Terms
• Refrain from providing false, misleading or third-party information
• Refrain from creating excessive load through automated tools (bots, scrapers) and from attempting to bypass security measures
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer the service, extract its source code or use it to build a competing service
• Not use the service in a way that infringes copyright, trade marks or third-party rights
• Not transmit spam, malware or content likely to disrupt the service

Breach may result in immediate suspension or termination of access and in legal/criminal liability.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (username, password, access tokens) confidential and up to date. All activity carried out through your account is deemed to be yours. You must notify us at hello@epic-zone.com as soon as you become aware of unauthorised use.

The HX Zone brand, logos, product names (Ticket Zone, Event Zone, Auto Zone, QR Zone, Alert Zone, HR Zone), interface designs, content, software code and database structures belong to Epic Zone Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or derived from without express written permission.

Data and content uploaded to the system by the Customer remain the property of the Customer; HX Zone processes them solely for the purpose of providing the service and within the framework of the agreement.

HX Zone products and the website rely on third-party services such as payment, SMS, email, maps, analytics and identity. The terms of use and privacy policies of those services apply and are outside our responsibility.

Epic Zone Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. is not responsible for the content of third-party sites linked from our website.

• We provide the services "as is" and "as available".
• We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or fit-for-a-particular-purpose operation; specific service-level commitments (SLAs), where applicable, are set out in the enterprise agreement.
• Planned and unplanned maintenance, updates and outages may occur.
• Figures and references shown on the website are for informational purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Epic Zone Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use, inability to use, or misuse of the services.

Liabilities that cannot be limited by law (intentional misconduct, gross negligence, etc.) are excluded from this clause. The limitation-of-liability provisions of the enterprise agreement prevail.

The processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect upon publication on the website. For material changes we will provide reasonable prior notice.

Your continued use of the site or the services after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We reserve the right to limit or terminate your access without notice in case of breach of these Terms. Termination conditions for enterprise customers are set out in the enterprise agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the İstanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
